With extended and weekend hours, our patient navigators can schedule your child’s specialty appointment at any one of our satellite locations in Long Beach (including the Children’s Village), Fountain Valley and Torrance. Call (714) 377-6993.
Medi-Cal and HMO patients will be asked to provide an authorization number when calling the Navigation Center. If you don’t have an authorization, please work with your child’s primary care provider to get a referral to one of our specialty providers.

Appointments Through MyChart
Using the myChart app or desktop version, you can request an appointment with your child’s specialty provider. Most pediatrician and OB/GYN visits can be scheduled directly through myChart.
24/7 Virtual Urgent Care
Now available 24/7, our urgent care physicians can treat non-emergent urgent medical needs virtually, any time. Enter the waiting room to be seen by our physicians from the comfort of your home. To start or schedule a visit, you must log in to your myChart account or create one. Patients under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to have a video visit.
