About Me

Dr. Strauss is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in treating the foot and ankle with minimally invasive procedures.

He received his medical degree from the Oregon Health Sciences University and his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego. Dr. Strauss has developed an array of minimally invasive surgical procedures, as well as limb salvaging techniques that are effective in managing the severest of these problems.

"My expertise is managing problems no one else does or would want to do. Orthopaedic surgery focusing on challenging foot and ankle conditions has allowed me to do such. I have developed an array of minimally invasive surgical procedures as well as limb salvaging techniques that are effective in managing the severest of these problems."

He enjoys swimming, bicycling, collecting chess sets, woodworking, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
