About Me
Glenn Levine, M.D., is a pediatric critical care physician at MemorialCare Miller Children's & Women's Hospital since 2004. Dr. Levine completed his BS in physiological sciences at University of California, Los Angeles followed by his Medical Degree at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He did his pediatric internship at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock and his residency at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. His fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care was performed at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. He is triple boarded in pediatrics, pediatric critical care and hospice and palliative medicine.
At Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children's & Women's, he is currently on such committees as Medical Executive Committee, Chairperson of Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Chairperson of Best Practices of Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Chairperson of Medical Errors Committee, Best Practices for Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Care Focus Group, Board Member of the Memorial Care Physician Society and Director of PICU Residency Education at Miller Children's & Women's.
His affiliations and service include Resident Physician Advisor for UCI-CHOC-Millers Pediatric Residency Program, UCI Voluntary Faculty, Member of the Graduate Medical Education Committee, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Member of Critical Care and Pediatric Critical Care Societies, and Board Member of the Long Beach Ronald McDonald House.
