The Miller Children's Hospital Long Beach Auxiliary hosts their Annual Designer Fashion Show in February at the Hyatt Regency of Long Beach to raise funds for the Miller Children's and Women's Hospital. In 2025, with more than 350 in attendance, the event raised more than $60,000 towards the Pediatric ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) machine at the Cherese Mari Laulhere Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

Originally name Grayse, the brand was started by Kelly Gray and her mother, Marie Gray, the founders of the luxury knitwear brand St. John.
